We dispatch orders around-the-clock, so no later than 48hrs!
Please contact us as soon as possible if you are wishing to refund your order (ideally within 24 hours) - We are more than happy to refund or arrange replacements when legitimate issues arise such as receiving the wrong items or damaged goods - This does not cover change-of-mind refunds however.
Our matcha is 100% organic with no added nasties! - We do not add any filler ingredients meaning every single gram you receive is pure premium grade matcha!
